Refund & Replacement Policy
Research-use materials are final sale because chain of custody and material integrity cannot be verified after dispatch. We review documented shipping and fulfillment problems promptly and fairly.

Final Sale & No Restocking
Research reagents, analytical materials, and laboratory solutions cannot be returned, exchanged, or restocked after they leave our control. This protects chain of custody and prevents previously shipped material from re-entering inventory.
Problems Eligible For Review
Contact us if an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, is materially incomplete, or is confirmed lost in transit. Approved resolutions may include a replacement or a refund to the original payment method, depending on the documented circumstances and available inventory.
Report Within 48 Hours
Damage, incorrect-item, and incomplete-order claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the carrier delivery scan. Email support@boltpeptide.com or use the Contact form with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the shipping label, outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected product. Keep all packaging while the review is open.
Items Not Eligible
We cannot accept opened, used, altered, tampered-with, or unauthorized returns. We also cannot provide a refund for storage or handling after delivery, buyer-entered address errors, refusal of delivery, or use outside the product label, available documentation, applicable law, or an institution's approved laboratory protocols.
Cancellations & Address Changes
Contact support immediately if a cancellation or address correction is needed. We will try to assist before fulfillment begins, but changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or been transferred to the carrier.
Review Timing
We typically acknowledge complete requests within one business day. Case review, carrier investigation, and payment processing may require additional time. We will communicate the decision and any next steps by email.
