Information We Collect
We may collect contact, account, billing, shipping, order, transaction, marketing-preference, support, live-chat, and review information that you provide. We also collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, cookie identifiers, and interactions with the Site.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the storefront, process and fulfill orders, provide tracking and support, communicate about transactions, send marketing communications when permitted, maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, measure Site performance, improve our services, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Necessary cookies support functions such as the cart, checkout, account access, security, and remembering your privacy choices. With your consent where required, functional, analytics, performance, and advertising technologies may also be used for live chat, reviews, Site measurement, and advertising measurement.
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure Site usage. When Google Ads measurement is enabled, Google may also process ad interactions and conversion events. Depending on your consent choices and the configuration in use, Google may receive device and browser information, IP-derived location, referral information, pages viewed, cookie identifiers, and limited order-event information such as a transaction identifier, currency, value, or purchased items. We do not intentionally transmit payment credentials, support or live-chat message contents, or information entered into free-text fields to Google.
You can review or change nonessential cookie choices at any time by selecting the persistent “Consent Preferences” button displayed on the Site. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser or device settings, although doing so may affect Site functionality.

Other Disclosures
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, to investigate fraud or misuse, or in connection with a merger, financing, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business. We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising activities may be considered “sharing,” a “sale,” or targeted advertising under certain state laws. You may use Cookie Settings or a recognized Global Privacy Control signal to express applicable opt-out choices.
Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including order fulfillment, customer support, accounting, tax, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and enforcement. Retention periods vary by the type of information and applicable obligations. After an email unsubscribe, we may retain limited information needed to honor that preference.
