What does Research Use Only mean?
Products are supplied solely as research reagents or analytical materials for controlled laboratory work by qualified professionals. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cosmetics, food, or household use.
Are Bolt Peptide materials specified at ≥99% purity?
Where a purity specification applies, products offered for sale are specified at ≥99% purity. Purity and identity evidence must be evaluated from the product- or lot-specific documentation available for that item; a general site statement is not a substitute for a Certificate of Analysis.
Which analytical methods are used?
Available independent laboratory reports identify the methods and reported results for the specific product or reference lot. Depending on the report, methods may include HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity. Review the actual report in Certificates of Analysis before ordering.
Storage & Laboratory Handling
How should research materials be stored?
Follow the storage conditions printed on the product label and any available product documentation. Qualified personnel should define handling, solvent compatibility, concentration, and stability controls under an approved laboratory protocol and institutional SOPs.
Do you provide dosing, administration, or self-use instructions?
No. Bolt Peptide does not provide human or veterinary dosing, administration, injection, or self-use guidance. Our educational tools are limited to general analytical units, concentration, and composition calculations for controlled laboratory work.
Shipping
When will an order ship?
Orders placed Monday–Friday typically leave our facility within 24 hours after order and payment verification. Orders received after the carrier cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day. This is a processing target, not a guaranteed delivery time.
When is U.S. shipping free?
Free standard U.S. shipping is available when the qualifying merchandise subtotal is $100 or more before discounts and tax. Available rates and eligibility are shown at checkout.
Orders, Returns & Support
Can research-use products be returned?
Because chain of custody and material integrity cannot be verified after dispatch, sales of research-use materials are final and products are not restocked. Damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or confirmed-lost shipments may qualify for review under our Refund and Replacement Policy.
How do I report an order problem?
